Harry Update!
January 1st, 2012

Harry has made remarkable progress and has become quite a confident, happy, energetic, playful young boy! He has attended several Shiba meetups and loves playing with the other dogs. He plays well with our neighbor’s dogs as well (2 labs and a Chow mix). He loves attention and loves to cuddle up next to us; however, he also loves, loves, loves to play whether it is with other dogs, people, or just entertaining himself tossing his toy and chasing after it or rolling around on his back making playful noises. He has become much less skittish and has become very confident at home and during play dates. He would make a great addition to a loving, active home.

Harry so VERY……

Cute, adorable, playful, affectionate and loveable!!!

He is a vivacious puppy who loves affection, playtime, giving kisses, and soaking up attention.

He has learned our house boundaries very quickly (not to go on furniture or upstairs). He is very good-natured and has taken to his new life very quickly. As much as he loves attention, he is very good at entertaining himself. He loves to play with his foster (Shiba) brother too; chasing him around the backyard, “wrestling”, etc.. He loves squeaky and chew toys. He is doing very well with crate training and has been (potty) accident free in the house.

He can be a bit timid or skittish as he experiences new things as most everything is “new” to him. However, he quickly gains his confidence. He has adjusted very well to his new life with 2 foster brothers and his human family. He doesn’t try to be alpha, but isn’t a pushover either. He is finding his voice lately to bark, when appropriate, and to use in a playful way with his foster brother. He is learning to walk on a leash, to sit, and other basic commands. He will make a joyful addition to an active, loving family that can provide him with plenty of exercise, playtime, chew toys, and training.
