SIRA Booth at the IKC Dog Show 

Where: McCormick Place in Chicago, IL

When: Saturday, February 27th, 9am-6pm 

Thanks to a very generous offer from the Brookfield Zoo, SIRA will be splitting a booth with them at the show.  Come meet SIRA foster puppies Bella, Edward, Jacob and Leah.  We will be accepting donations and speaking with the public about SIRA and our mission. 

Admission to the show is $17 for Adults, $10 for Seniors 62 years and older, and FREE for Children under 12 years.

IKC Dog Show Shiba Inu Judging 

Where: McCormick Place in Chicago, IL

Chicago Area Shiba Inu Meetup is gathering a group of Shiba enthusiasts together to go watch the Shiba Inu judging at 10:20am.  For more information and to RSVP visit the CASIM website here.  Afterwards you will find plenty of shopping, and don't forget to stop by SIRA's booth.

WCIU "You and Me This Morning"

Where: All for Doggies

When: Saturday, January 9th, 11am-3pm

WCIU's morning show "You and Me This Morning" will be coming to do a special segment about CASIM and Shiba Inu Rescue Association! They will be doing interviews of attendees and filming the Shibas. Make sure you don't miss this meetup!

Santa Paws CASIM Meetup

Where: All for Doggies

When: Saturday, December 5th, 2009

11am-3pm

Secret Santa Paws!

We will be doing a gift exchange at the meetup! Every family will need to bring 1 dog-related gift, valued between $5 and $10. Your gift can be anything from a dog toy, to a collar, to a nylabone. Be creative! No food or treat items please, because some dogs have allergies. Please wrap your gift so that it is a surprise. We will be pulling names at the end of the meetup so that everyone gets a chance to choose a gift. If you don't bring an item you won't get to pick an item.

CASIM November Meetup

Where: Paradise 4 Paws

When: Saturday, November 14th, 2009

Noon-2pm

Indoor Playdate with Pool and offleash playtime.
